The appetizer course will be an tantalizing Alligator Summer Roll. For the second course you’ll have a choice of a Smoked Pork & Lentil Soup or Artisan Blend Mixed Green Salad with Spiced Pecans, Pepper Crusted Goat Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette. Choose from 4 different dinner entrees; • 1 lb. Roasted Lamb Rack with Mint Julep Glaze OR • Seared 8oz. Filet Mignon, Horseradish Crust & Peppercorn Demi-Glace OR • Seared Snapper with Butter Poached Lobster & Miso-Lobster Broth OR • Roasted Cornish Hen with Pomegranate Gastrique.
